2022 Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) CyberRisk Validation Comparative Report

Imperva was named a security efficacy and operational efficiency leader in the 2022 Cloud WAF CyberRisk report based on testing conducted by SecureIQLab. The testing was carried out in accordance with the standards of the Anti-Malware Testing Standards Organization (AMTSO).

While corporations combat the rise in threats to the cloud and hybrid environments, cost savings and operational simplicity drive organizations to adopt modern application architectures. However, the adoption of the cloud is challenging. Web application-based vulnerabilities are among the top breach vectors and warrant a deeper independent look.

As part of the testing conducted by SecureIQLab, more than 9,000 attacks were tested against Imperva’s Cloud WAF and 13 other security solutions. The comparative report compares security efficacy, operational efficiency, and return on security investment (ROSI).
