 Shlomo Kramer, a co-founder and current board member of Check Point Software, has started a next generation security company along with co-founders Mickey Boodaei and Amichai Shulman. WebCohort just raised its first round of capital from Accel Partners. Mr. Kramer will serve as the CEO and joins Mr. Boodaei and Theresia Gouw Ranzetta of Accel on the WebCohort board.
