Exclusive Networks Chosen to Identify and Support New Host of Partners for SecureSphere Application Data Security Solutions
20th November 2008 – Imperva, the leader in application data security, today announced it has selected ‘added value distributor’ Exclusive Networks to join its PartnerSphere channel program and intensify reseller recruitment in the UK market. As well as in the UK, Exclusive will also act as distributor for Imperva in France with immediate effect. The agreement covers the distribution of award-winning SecureSphere Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Database Monitoring/Security gateways.
Imperva’s sales growth to date has necessitated a partial restructuring of its channel model in several key European territories, introducing distribution for the first time in order to manage and support the optimum level of support to individual partners. “The appointment of Exclusive is strategically very important for Imperva, now that we are entering a ‘maturation phase’ in our market development across Europe,” said Roland Hamman, Channel Director EMEA at Imperva. “Medium and large enterprise demand for compliance-focused, application data security solutions is on a steep upward curve, so we need a distribution partner to extend our reach and add value to new partners’ consultative sales processes.”
Exclusive’s principal remit will be to pursue new partner recruitment, following targets agreed as part of an initial six-month business plan.
